Filled to the brim (empty spaces offend us, truly) with an assortment of curated foods to give you the most authentic and unique grazing experience available. This babe has got it ALL – we’ve left no stone unturned – curating the most delectable experience of unique foods from across the global!

Dressed is her finest, Gaia includes:

  • 20-22 high quality cheeses. Selection will include cheeses from our award winning range and showcase a depth of different flavours and textures. Total weight approximately 3.6kg
  • 7-8 types of speciality cured meats – over 245 slices of freshly sliced charcuterie (it’s melt in your mouth heaven)
  • 3-4 housemade dips
  • 5-6 types of Antipasto: Olives, sun-dried tomatoes, pickles, feta peppers, balsamic eggplant, herb and garlic mushrooms and zuchini
  • Fresh and dried fruit
  • Locally baked artisan bread and an assortment of gourmet crackers
  • Chocolates, nougat, Turkish delights
  • Fruit paste, honey, pickled figs, quince paste
  • Nuts – honeyed and spiced

As part of the Goodness Gracious Sydney experience, each platter we create is unique and made with seasonal products and cheeses that are sourced at the time of your booking. Inclusions will differ as we always strive to keep our grazes interesting and dynamic. If you have any specific requests please let us know and we will do our best to meet them.

Equipment and Returns: All boards and bowls must be returned to Goodness Gracious Sydney within 2 days of your order. For items that cannot be returned, all items will be picked up within two days at a prearranged time. Any equipment not returned or is damaged will be charged at replacement cost.

Responsible consumption of grazing platter contents:

Platters are delivered chilled and should be kept refrigerated until consumption. Contents of the platter and should be consumed within four hours of delivery or when removed from refrigeration. Leftovers should be refrigerated within 2 hours or discarded thereafter.
