Baked Camembert Hamper


Our baked Camembert Hamper has all the items you need to make this gooey delicacy at home – whether shared or all to yourself.

Curated with all the best ingredients to help you make restaurant quality baked camembert. Inclusions:

  • The Fine Cheese Co Ceramic Baker
  • Le Conquerant Camembert Selected by Will Studd 250g
  • Miller’s Element Oak Smoked Flour & red hot Chilli Fire Crackers
  • A small pop of Australian Honey
  • Award winning Balzanelli Truffle Cacciatore 220G
  • Springs of Rosemary

Hampers are wrapped in beautiful sheer white fabric.


STEP 1 – Score the Camembert.

Remove the plastic packaging and place the Camembert in the ceramic baker. Score a deep cross or a crosshatch pattern on the top rind of the cheese.

STEP 2 – Season the Rind.

Drizzle the rind with honey, and insert the leaves of a sprig of rosemary into the gaps. Season with sea salt flakes and optional black pepper.
STEP 3 – Bake in the Oven.
Bake in the oven to 180ºC (fan oven 160ºC) for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4 – Serve Whilst Still Hot.

Cut the truffle cacciatore into thin slices and serve with Miller’s Element Fire crackers for the perfect mouth full.

As part of the Goodness Gracious Sydney experience, each platter we create is unique and made with seasonal products and cheeses that are sourced at the time of your booking. Inclusions will differ as we always strive to keep our grazes interesting and dynamic. If you have any specific requests please let us know and we will do our best to meet them

Equipment and Returns: All boards and bowls must be returned to Goodness Gracious Sydney within 2 days of your order. For items that cannot be returned, all items will be picked up within two days at a prearranged time. Any equipment not returned or is damaged will be charged at replacement cost.

Once platters are dropped off the Client takes full responsibility for upholding food safety and ensuring food is not exposed to sun light or left out for more than four hours.
